I finally found a link to the new Ghibli film From Up on Poppy Hill. I liked it very much! It reminded me of Whisper of the Heart, and it’s pretty sweet. Goro Miyazaki was actually the director, and while I was disliked Tales from Earthsea, this made up for it.

Lol if you don’t like Studio Ghibli films, I feel bad for you son- I got 99 problems, but a lack of redeeming stories with emotionally complex and lovable characters ain’t one.
